Where will the weekend take place?
It will take place in The Central Hotel, Donegal Town, Co.Donegal
Please book your room directly with the hotel as soon as you can– before August 2026.
The hotel have invited all families who wish to attend the weekend to please book their room.

What happens at a PWSAI Family weekend?
The Saturday of the weekend is the main day. There is a meet and greet in the morning, followed by an activity or two. Lunch is provided by PWSAI.
On the Saturday evening, we host our Gala dinner and disco. This is provided by PWSAI with thanks to all our fundraisers.
At the Gala dinner, we celebrate all our amazing people with PWS.
Is there anything on the Friday?
Many families choose to arrive on the Friday evening. There is nothing officially organised but usually a group joins together to catch up. If this is your first weekend or you haven’t been in a few years, please reach out to us and we’ll keep an eye out for you.
Is there a cost to the PWSAI Family weekend?
PWSAI provide lunch and dinner on the Saturday, along with the activities. There is no cost to our families for this.
Do I need to let anyone know that we are coming?
YES! Please email Emma, the PWSAI administrator to let us know you’re coming.

Closer to the time, Emma will be emailing all families for details (number in their group) and most importantly a photo of their person with PWS to be included in our Saturday evening celebration!
