A reduced-energy intake, well-balanced diet improves weight control in children with Prader-Willi syndrome.  2012 publication from leading PWS researchers that suggests that a reduced energy, well-balanced diet (based on 30% fat, 45% carbohydrates and 25% protein with at least 20g of fibre a day) will improve weight control compared to a simple energy-restricted diet.
