IMPORTANT UPDATE TO CONFERENCE REFUND SCHEME – PLEASE READ!

Dear Families, 

Having reviewed the increases in cost of living as well as seeking feedback from families, PWSAI have agreed to increase the amount of the refund scheme being offered for the International Conference. 

We understand this is an important once in a lifetime opportunity for all our families and we want to ensure everyone has an opportunity to attend. 

To this end PWSAI will increase the refund to €600 per family and this can include both conference and accommodation costs. 

The cost of a single room in UL is €50 per night and €70 for a double. Please see the Cappavilla UL booking form that has been posted to you for all options. 

Furthermore the board agreed to relieve some burden on families by actioning the refund on receipt of confirmation emails and not after the conference as previously communicated. 

We are aware that the registration booking system is complicated, so if you would prefer for PWSAI to complete the registration process for you please fill in the form that has been posted to you or through the website here. This will mean that no refund will be necessary as PWSAI will directly pay your registration fees. Accommodation in Cappavilla can also be booked via PWSAI. Please return forms to PWSAI Secretary. 

We hope that this can guarantee all families have an opportunity to attend what will be a fantastic conference for learning and networking with other families, something we have been missing in recent years.
